大手監査法人にて日系グローバル企業の日米基準に基づく法定監査、SOX法対応支援、中小企業の事業再生を多数経験。その後、外資系コンサルティングファームにて上場企業のM&A戦略策定、買収・売却、JV設立支援等を手掛け、2021年より当社に参画
